Jill H. Smith

I grew up in Catawba county and during my childhood visited and loved the mountains so much that I am also a proud alumni of App State University. My early life in the Newton-Conover area also gives me a unique perspective and opportunity to be very familiar with Caldwell, Catawba and Lincoln counties, as well as Watauga, Avery, Ashe, and Wilkes counties.  Being a member of both High Country MLS and Canopy MLS gives me the opportunity to list and market properties to a broader range of professionals and individuals. The convenience of our office location in beautiful Downton Blowing Rock also drives our brand recognition. Our company is a local, partner owned "boutique firm".  We pride ourselves in local ownership, attention to detail and familiarity with the locations that we serve. Before getting into real estate, I worked in the furniture industry creating renderings of furniture and also architectural renderings. My interests include gardening, art, horses, hiking, our sweet French Bulldogs, and Bull Terrier.
